On the afternoon of May 23, 2024,  Dongsheng Group's  held a lively and warm corporate culture sharing meeting in the conference room. Mr. Zhang Shengtian, the founder of the group, Ms. Duan Guizhi, and Mr. Zhang Zhonghua, the vice chairman of the group, attended the event.

This corporate culture event is hosted by Wang Haiying. At the beginning of the event, production director led all attendees to recite the core slogan of corporate culture. High pitched voice, the sound in my ears, shook the venue.

History only favors those who are determined, and the future belongs to those who strive forward. The activity first uses precious visual materials to review the arduous journey of entrepreneurship nearly 30 years ago. In 1995, the old industrial base in Northeast China was in an extremely difficult period, with business operations facing difficulties, and many workers from state-owned enterprises were on the brink of being laid off. Mr. Zhang Shengtian and Ms. Duan Guizhi, the 58 year old founders, are unwilling to let those skilled industrial workers endure poverty forever, let alone let their accumulated knowledge and experience be submerged in their later years. So he resolutely founded Dongsheng. To this day, this period of struggle has lasted for nearly thirty years. Today, Dongsheng has developed from Harbin, the old industrial base in Northeast China, to a modern enterprise group spanning across Cangzhou, Hebei and Suixi, Anhui. From a small workshop with only four people, it has developed into a joint-stock group enterprise with modern production lines, integrating production, scientific research, and sales.

During the event, everyone accompanied precious videos and reminisced about the past. Generation after generation of Dongsheng people used their youth to compose the song of striving and striving, constantly bringing their dreams into reality. It is precisely with the founder Mr. Zhang Shengtian leading all Dongsheng people through countless struggles that today's glory is forged.

Corporate values: Innovation, integrity, self-interest, responsibility, and thrift. These five words are the soul of Dongsheng people and the excellent inheritance of Dongsheng. At the end of the event, Mr. Zhang Shengtian, the founder, delivered a speech:
