People are diligent, spring comes early, and struggle is just right. At 9:30 am on February 18, 2024,  Dongsheng  held the 2024 closing ceremony. All employees of the group headquarters, as well as team leaders and above from the bungalow research and development base, Cangzhou and Suixi factories, attended the meeting. Zhang Zhongkai, the chairman of the group, attended and delivered a speech.

 At the end of the meeting, Zhang Zhongkai gave a mobilization speech. The speech pointed out that in 2024, Dongsheng people will have a heavier burden and more arduous tasks. So four requirements are put forward for all Dongsheng people:

 Firstly, the plan for the year is in spring. Middle level and above employees start to develop annual work and life plans and strictly implement them.

 Secondly, starting from this moment, return to work and focus on getting things done early. At the beginning of the new year, one should quickly enter a working state and solidly implement all post holiday work.

 Thirdly, continue to strengthen the ideological and cultural construction of the group with the theme of responsibility and innovation. Enterprises can only develop through innovation; Employees need innovative thinking to make progress.

 Fourth: This year, we need to focus on the three key areas of "maintaining goals, focusing on profits, and promoting new products". Each line should keep up with the company's pace, improve efficiency, race against time, and seize the main task.

 I hope that Dongsheng people will have achievements and breakthroughs this year, not afraid of difficulties and challenges, and all staff will demonstrate a sense of responsibility and develop an innovative spirit. Strive hard for the goal of 2024!
