 In the first half of the past year, Dongsheng Group resonated with the times and experienced many extraordinary moments. Under the firm leadership of the group leaders, all employees of Dongsheng work hard to maintain stable progress in all work. In the uncertain economic environment, the company adheres to the overall tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, faces difficulties, takes the initiative, continuously advocates and practices a responsible and innovative corporate culture, fully reflects on each line, recognizes the work achievements and shortcomings of the first half of the year, and strives to maintain the momentum of stable improvement in the second half of the year.

 At the summary meeting, Zhang Zhongkai encouraged all employees of the group to learn the innovative spirit from Mr. Zhang Shengtian, the founder and lifelong honorary chairman of the company. The development and growth of Dongsheng cannot do without Mr. Zhang Shengtian's innovative spirit. Dongsheng people need to constantly pay attention to innovative work, promote the cause of innovation, and regard innovative ideas as lifelong beliefs, implemented in their hearts and daily work. This is a belief that all members of Dongsheng Group must adhere to. Only through this can the enterprise develop faster and higher.

 Subsequently, the heads of each line of the group conducted a six-month work report on marketing situation, strategic development, new product research and development, project qualification application, news promotion, and corporate culture promotion. Everyone will give speeches on their main work in the first half of the year, employee experience, work deficiencies and measures, and work plans for the second half of the year. After affirming the company's work achievements in the first half of the year, Zhang Zhongkai clarified the direction of the company's development plan for the second half of the year.

 Finally, Zhang Zhongkai proposed that this conference is not only a summary of the work in the first half of the year, but also a mobilization for the work in the second half of the year. Faced with the constantly changing domestic and international economic situation, the task of Dongsheng people will be even more arduous. We need to consciously strengthen the spirit of responsibility of "drinking ice at night when ordered", the collective sense of responsibility of "not doing anything during the day but difficult to sleep at night", and work hard to successfully complete various tasks in the second half of 2023 with a high spirit of vitality, the courage to innovate and overcome difficulties, and a solid and hardworking spirit!
